As the exclusive in-house expert and manager of all HubSpot operations, I oversee an enterprise-level HubSpot platform, supporting over 100 users both within and outside the organization. My responsibilities include auditing, developing, and implementing marketing strategies tailored to various stages of the customer lifecycle and objectives. Additionally, I've spearheaded the creation of integrations and data migrations with external platforms including Zoom, ZoomInfo, Impact, Shopify, Netsuite, Dynamics 365, Azure AD, Saasquatch, and Google, enhancing our operational efficiency and data coherence. Furthermore, I have authored over 40 pages of bespoke process documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency in our approach to using HubSpot.

Warehouse Operations Supervisor

I held the pivotal role of overseeing all aspects of shipping and receiving for a premier US sports apparel company, ensuring that apparel and accessories were efficiently handled. My responsibilities extended to orchestrating overnight inventory projects and leading a dynamic temporary workforce, all while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. I was entrusted with various special assignments, including curating a diverse merchandise selection and embarking on journeys to athletic events throughout the US to showcase and sell our products. During these events, I skillfully managed the logistics of overland transportation, the establishment of pop-up shops, processing both cash and credit transactions, and the meticulous dismantling and return of unsold items to our warehouse.
